She began her career in the mortgage industry in 2001. Her 15 years of experience covers Purchase, Refinance, FHA, VA, Conventional, 203k, Reverse mortgage and Down Payment Assistance programs.
Isela has worked with every aspect of the process from closing/funding, operations, quality control, fraud detection and more. She also provides important support to loan officers and underwriting teams by ensuring timely, judicious, and accurate processing of mortgages. After all her years of experience, she still loves what she does and enjoys new challenges!
