Marisa and her team were the lender working with the Buyer on my escrow. They had the loan docs within 2 weeks from opening of escrow. That was more than awesome. I have cases where escrow is delayed because the lenders are not ready, but Marisa and her team stayed on top of the transaction and came out way ahead of the game. I would give thumbs up!
