She has been in business for over 14 years, starting out as a processor, then Loan Officer and now as a producing Branch Manager. Her focus is running the branch; being hands on solving issues that come up and providing support to the Loan Officers so that loans close on time.
Torrance office has a team that’s focused on providing the WOW factor, with a manager who cares and gets involved in the process, with an onsite processor who has a systematic system for processing loans efficiently, and marketing coordinator to help with lunch & learns in addition to providing marketing support to Loan Officers.
